How do I start a recording?
Open ZeitVox and tap the record button on the home screen. Tap it again to stop and save the clip.
Why does the app ask for my location?
Location is used to tag each clip with the city it was recorded in. You can deny location access — clips will still save, just without a city tag.
How accurate is transcription?
Transcripts are generated automatically and are generally accurate for clear speech, but accents, background noise, or overlapping speech can reduce accuracy.
Can I edit or delete a clip after saving it?
Yes. Open the clip and use the menu to delete it. Deleted clips can't be recovered.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or see our Delete Your Account page for full instructions.
I found inappropriate content or a fake account — how do I report it?
Email support@zeitvox.app with details (what you saw, when, and any relevant account or clip info). We review every report.
