Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your ZeitVox account and data at any time.
Delete from the app (recommended)

Open ZeitVox and go to Settings.

Tap Account, then Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It's the fastest way to remove your account.
What gets deleted
–
Your account and profile information (email, sign-in identifiers, profile image).

All voice clips and their transcripts.
–
Your listen history and engagement data.
–
Push notification tokens associated with your account.
We remove this data within a reasonable period after deletion, except for limited records we may be required to retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
No app access?
If you can't open the app, email support@zeitvox.app from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We'll verify and process it manually.
